i am going to start walking....

either around my neighborhood or at the track down the road. its great now that the snow is gone. 4 times around the track is a mile. i can push lauren in her stroller or let her walk/run with me. she is my biggest motivator. i NEED to be around for her while she is growing up. she is my whole world and i love her very much.
