i am starting a food diary....

to keep track of when i eat and how much. i totally blew it last night but that's ok, today is a new day. i am going to do it on my computer. i figured that's easier and i won't be killing trees. i am going to try not to eat after 7. i need to stop sitting in the front of the tv and eating. that's another goal: to eat at the table as a family even when alex is at work. i need to be aware of the "wrong foods" i am eating and pay attention to what an actual serving size is. i am confused on reading labels, do i look for low fat, low carb, no sugar?? i need help in that area but once i start reading labels, i should be ok. i don't want to eat cardboard food. i want my food to still taste good but not hinder my progress, kwim? i am going to start eating more fruits and vegetables and healthier cereal in the morning, not the sugar coated stuff. i know this change will take me awhile but i am so worth it and so is Lauren Joye.
