figure out an exercise schedule. i am pretty sure i know what i am going to do but i will eventually have to add different exercises so i don't get bored too easily. i have heard i should work on one area of my body at a time. i would love to lose my chest. my girls are too big for my comfort and once again i don't want to have any type of surgery. So if anybody out there has any exercises they love, please feel free to share.
